St. Gallen (Switzerland), Düsseldorf (Germany), March 17, 2011 - exceet Group AG, one of the leading suppliers of embedded electronic and security solutions, has signed a legal binding agreement to acquire AuthentiDate International AG including its subsidiary company AuthentiDate Deutschland GmbH on March 9, 2011.
As one of the leading international suppliers of secure business processes, AuthentiDate International AG with its portfolio consisting of software for electronic signatures, date stamps, services and advisory services in the field of IT security ideally complements the Embedded Electronics und Security Solutions House exceet. AuthentiDate International AG is one of the few certification service providers accredited by the German Networks Agency in accordance with the German Signature Law and the EU Directive on Signatures and operates a trust centre wholly dedicated to qualified date stamps. This service, the international established software products, SIGNAMUS Cloudservices, authentication technologies and the comprehensive consultancy know-how regarding IT security as well as electronic health card infrastructures creating a comprehensive Embedded Security Solution offering for both company’s customers.
